A: We own a 4,170 ㎡ standardized production workshop equipped with professional assembly lines for pipe cutting, welding, polishing, sewing and final assembly. Raw materials and semi-finished products are always in stock. Standard orders are delivered within 7 to 15 days, and we can schedule production to ensure on-time shipment for large export orders. Q4: What is the difference between the materials of your equipment and low-cost alternatives on the market? How durable are your products?
A: All our equipment adopts commercial-grade raw materials. The frames are made of thickened precision steel pipes with full double-sided welding technology, doubling load-bearing capacity and structural stability. Our Pilates equipment is equipped with high-resilience silent springs, smooth aluminum alloy pulleys, high-density wear-resistant PU cushions and rust-proof stainless steel screws. Every unit undergoes load testing, noise testing and repeated push-pull fatigue testing before delivery. With high-frequency use in studios, the equipment can remain free of deformation and abnormal noises for 5–8 years. In contrast, low-priced products generally use thin steel sheets, single-point welding and inferior springs, which tend to loosen, make strange noises and peel paint within a short period.

A: Our factory has passed TÜV Rheinland tests and implements ISO quality control standards. Every piece of equipment is fully inspected before leaving the factory. A: No minimum order quantity for standard in-stock models. Small customizations such as simple color changes and label sticking are acceptable for small orders. Reasonable MOQs apply for new items requiring brand-new mold opening, which can be flexibly negotiated according to customers’ budgets and sales volumes.
